Insects - The Sustainable Food Of The Future?

In several of our expeditions here on, we present research projects on an alternative agriculture of the future. Convincing from a climate protection perspective: the cultivation of mealworms, flies or crickets. This uses far less water, energy, feed or space. In addition, it sounds logical to produce valuable protein from food waste without much detour. But do roasted mealworms really belong in salads? Are crickets the perfect substitute for chips? Can or must we overcome our disgust? Is this idea a complete aberration? And: What are your experiences? We welcome your ideas and comments!
